Ingredients:
- 15 ml butter, melted
- 18 green onions, sliced
- 700 g new potatoes, cut into chunks
- 120 ml white wine
- 360 ml heavy cream
- 360 ml chicken broth
- Salt and black pepper
Preparation:
In a saucepan, cook the butter and scallions over medium heat for
30-40 seconds. Add all the remaining ingredients and season to
