Tomatoes and Spinach Pasta Recipe

How to Make Tomatoes and Spinach Pasta?


Serve: 8



2 lb dried orecchiette
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 lb fresh baby
spinach leaves, tough stalks removed
2 lb halved cherry tomatoes
grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper


  • Boil a large pan of salted water. Place the pasta (orecchiette) in the boiling water and cook for 15 minutes. Make sure the pasta is tender but firm.

  • Meanwhile, remove the tough stalks of the spinach.

  • In a pan, heat the oil. Add in the spinach and tomatoes. Cook while stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.

  • Make sure the spinach has wilted and the tomatoes are just heated through.

  • Drain the pasta and add in to the of vegetables. Season with salt and pepper and toss gently.

  • Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over and serve.
