Tomato Bruschetta Recipe

How to Make Tomato Bruschetta?


Serve: 6



12 slices of rustic bread
6 garlic cloves, halved
12 peeled and diced plum tomatoes
extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
salt and pepper


  • Preheat the broiler.

  • Toast the bread lightly on both sides.

  • Rub half a garlic clove on each toast. Return to the broiler for a few seconds.

  • Divide the diced tomatoes equally among the toasts.

  • Add salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
