How to Make Tomato and Cheese Pizza?

Ingredients:

 

9-inch ready-made pizza base
torn basil leaves

For tomato topping:
3/4 crushed tomatoes
2 1/2 tablespoons tomato paste
3 crushed garlic cloves
pinch of sugar
salt and pepper
handful of cherry tomatoes

For cheese topping:
3/4 crushed tomatoes
2 1/2 tablespoons tomato paste
5 oz drained and sliced jar roasted peppers
few black olives
salt and pepper
5 oz grated mozarella cheese
3 oz grated Parmesan cheese
 

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degree F.

  • To prepare the tomato topping, place the tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar and garlic in a mixing bowl.

  • Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.

  • Spread the tomato topping over the pizza base. Arrange the cherry tomatoes on top.

  • To prepare the cheese topping, mix the tomatoes and tomato paste in another bowl and spread over the pizza base. Arrange the peppers and olives over. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  • Sprinkle the mozarella and Parmesan cheeses over.

  • Bake for 10 minutes in the oven until the topping bubbles.

  • Sprinkle the basil leaves and serve.
