Stir-Fried Tofu Recipe

How to Make Stir-Fried Tofu?


Serve: 8



4 tablespoons olive oil
24 oz cubed tofu
1 lb coarsely chopped bok choy
2 chopped garlic cloves
8 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
4 tablespoons light soy sauce


  • Place 2 tablespoons oil in a wok or pan. Heat the oil and add in the tofu in batches.

  • Stir fry for about 3 minutes. Remove the tofu from the wok and set aside.

  • Add in the bok choy to the wok. Stir-fry until tender. Remove the bok choy from the wok and set aside.

  • Add in the remaining oil to the wok. Add in the garlic and stir fry for 45 seconds.

  • Mix the chili sauce and soya sauce and stir in. Bring the sauce to a boil.

  • Return the tofu and bok choy to the wok. Stir gently to coat with the sauce.

  • Transfer to serving plates and serve.
