How to Make Roasted
24 asparagus stalks
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
1 1/2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, to serve
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
First of all, use a sharp knife to
trim the base of the asparagus stalks. This is to make sure that
all the stems are approximately the same length.
Arrange the asparagus nicely in a
single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle
with salt to taste.
Put the baking sheet in the oven
and bake for 15 minutes, turning once.
Remove the baking sheet from the
oven. Transfer the asparagus to a serving dish.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over
and serve immediately.
