How to Make Mozzarella Gnocchi Recipe?

1 lb package potato gnocchi
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
10 oz grated mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper


  • Grease a large baking dish lightly with some butter.

  • Boil a large pan of salted water. Add in the gnocchi and cook for 5 minutes. Drain.

  • Place the gnocchi in the baking dish. Set aside.

  • Add in the salt and pepper in the cream to taste. Pour the cream over to gnocchi.

  • Sprinkle the cheese over and cook the gnocchi until the top is bubbling.

  • Ready to serve.
