Creamed Mushroom Recipe

How to Make Creamed Mushrooms?


Serve: 8



juice of 2 lemon
2 lb small button mushrooms
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 finely chopped small onions,
2 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper


  • Spoon a little of the lemon juice over the mushrooms.

  • Put the butter and oil in a skillet and heat over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 45 seconds.

  • Add in the mushrooms. Add in some salt and pepper to taste.

  • Stir in the parsley, cream and remaining lemon juice.

  • Heat until before boiling. Transfer to a serving plate.

  • Ready to serve.
