How to Make Cauliflower and Mushroom Cheese Crumble?


Serve: 8



2 medium cauliflowers
1/2 cup butter
3 cups sliced white mushrooms
salt and pepper

For topping:
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
3 cups dry breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1/2 cup butter


  • Preheat the oven to 450 degree F.

  • Cut the cauliflowers into florets and cook in a pan of boiling salted water for 5 minutes.

  • Remove from the heat and transfer to an ovenproof dish.

  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add in the mushrooms and cook while stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat.

  • Add in the cauliflowers. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  • Mix the cheese, breadcrumbs oregano and parsley together and sprinkle over the vegetables.

  • Dice the butter and place over the crumbs to make the topping.

  • Bake for 18 minutes in the oven to make the crumbs become crispy.

  • Remove from the oven and serve.
