How to Make Broccoli
4 cups dry macaroni
2 medium head broccoli
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
4 large chopped garlic cloves
4 fresh seeded and diced red chiles
16 cherry tomatoes
Boil some water in a large pan and
add some salt. Add in the macaroni and cook for 12 minutes.
Remove from the heat and drain.
Then, rinse with cold water and drain. Set aside.
Use a sharp knife to cut the
broccoli into florets. Place in the salted boiling water and
cook for 3-4 minutes and drain. Rinse with cold water and rinse
Heat the oil in a pan. Add in the
garlic, chiles and tomatoes. Stir occasionally while cooking
over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Add in the broccoli. Cook for
another 3 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Add in the pasta. Stir and cook
for 45 seconds. Remove from the heat.
Transfer the pasta to serving dish
and serve warm.
