Broccoli Chile Pasta with Recipe

How to Make Broccoli Chile Pasta?

4 cups dry macaroni
2 medium head broccoli
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
4 large chopped garlic cloves
4 fresh seeded and diced red chiles
16 cherry tomatoes


  • Boil some water in a large pan and add some salt. Add in the macaroni and cook for 12 minutes.

  • Remove from the heat and drain. Then, rinse with cold water and drain. Set aside.

  • Use a sharp knife to cut the broccoli into florets. Place in the salted boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes and drain. Rinse with cold water and rinse again.

  • Heat the oil in a pan. Add in the garlic, chiles and tomatoes. Stir occasionally while cooking over medium heat for 2 minutes.

  • Add in the broccoli. Cook for another 3 minutes. Stir occasionally.

  • Add in the pasta. Stir and cook for 45 seconds. Remove from the heat.

  • Transfer the pasta to serving dish and serve warm.
